Health Rocks International is a health media company that is telling real health stories with expert guidance and with fun! Based in Brisbane, Australia it was started by Stuart Cox, a Presenter, Physiotherapist and Public Health analyst who is passionate about health equity giving all people the best health knowledge possible.
Health is the currency that much of the world has forgotten.
Our mission is to realign the priorities of the public toward a balanced life that values health and time over material things. We get a limited time here, so it should be enjoyed at the peak of our powers, not inhibited by preventable disease and disability.

The founder of Health Rocks, Stuart has lived a life of movement, whether that be as a sportsman, a traveller or entertainer.
Health Rocks is the culmination of two decades of health industry experience and a passion for communication.
